    Lol...
Pretty sure that's essentially a prerequisite for a drywaller.

    You're asking a bit much.

How about pot? Guy that did my house is a pothead, but for small job he would probably be pretty good. Some questionable work on my new house...but for smaller stuff I am sure he is perfectly fine. He and his dad have been doing this for very long time and are reliable. I had lots of chats with them and they do lots of small jobs.

Pretty sure the guy we used for our basement is setup on the #1 highway in the hobo tent community.

    Want his number?

Do you actually need a drywaller or a painter?

You say fix up work which to me sounds like paint ( most painters will do minor drywall repairs ).

Yah, they are great guys, I have nothing against them, very respectful and hard working, just think they underestimated my house a bit and it took longer than anticipated, so they rushed it at the end, and it showed in a few areas. They did come back twice to fix most of my complaints, but my upstairs is pretty bad due to bad original framing, and I feel like they could have made that look better by fanning out the drywall mud further. Oh well, I accepted it at this point...I think...

Unlike my concrete guys, who were high as a kite at all times, you couldn't tell with these guys aside from the obvious pot smell.

And I agree with the couple first guys responses....think it's a job requirement. To do that shit day in and day out....would be hard without some kind of a drug to keep you going

Can you please let me know who you use. I have a recessed square in a wall that is about 3ft by 3ft. I would like some type of studs or wood installed so I can mount a TV and then dryawalled and painted over.

Drywall is so easy just do it yourself. Watch YT for 25 minutes and you’ll do a better job than 98% of anyone you’ll be able to find.

If you need a lot done, I have a guy but he won’t go out for less than 800sf

This might be one of the wildest statements I've ever heard.

Depends. What are we talking about?

    Patching some kid damage?

Or mudding and taping a whole floor.

    Big difference.
