This is highly unlikely to go through. As far as I am aware the proposed location is on top of an active sour gas well and has another right beside it. The risk involved with a sour gas leak, no matter how slim, will make this impossible unless they move the track to respect current government regulated setbacks from sour gas wells. I would put money on this not happening unless it’s moved or they won’t to pay a highly inflated price to the producer (reserves+land value+abandonment costs+any other perceived value) to abandon the wells. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member.
