Default buying a block with a spun rod bearing

so is it advisable to buy a block that has had a spun rod bearing? It's basically a bare block and the plans are to have it sleeved with after market pistons and rods...and bearings of course!! haha, but what things should be taken into consideration?

Also, what will be needed to be transferred over, crank, oil pump, etc.

And if you don't know, don't bother answering!

It's fine, as long as you're sleeving it. Rod bearing damage, depending on how extensive, contaminates oil and scores the cylinder walls. Since you're sleeving, it's not a problem.

I would definately get it align honed and make shure it didn't do hard parts damage to the bearing set holders.
